Set the height of the menu to the tallest panel

I have two of these menus stacked in a fixed position menu, and they're both setting their height to that of the container, which works fine when there's 1 menu, but if you ever need to place anything below it, there will be a large gap.

Is there an option to start from the first level when opening the menu?

Set panels_container height

For the CSS to work correctly with the traversable_menu, the panels_container selector requires a set height. The plugin should set the height of the panels_container selector to be as tall as its tallest child.

Have an option to link the parent title link to it's page

Not sure whether or not this should default to true or false, but on PSU-SA, we need the parent title (menu__panel__title) to link to it's page instead of being static text wrapped in a div.
