Ajout d'une section installation dans le Readme.md

Bonjour,

Je voulais installer le logiciel en local pour effectuer du développement mais je manque quelques informations pour compléter l'installation.

Le premier point sur lequel j'ai été coincé a été l'ajout de pedigreejs à mes packages, j'ai fini par trouver la commande :
npm install https://github.com/CCGE-BOADICEA/pedigreejs

Et le second point sur lequel je bloque c'est comment démarrer l'application GeneTree en local. Mais je n'ai pas trouvé de solution pour ce point.
