something is wrong with the controller

This error pops up when i open the controller (and yes,i did run the driver before the controller)

How to use this controller?

Can you explain this ? is it a Menu type thing ? I ran Abendigo and then this controller just a empty menu opens up

Is this safe

I read on a forum this was unsafe until further notice, what's the current status on that?

How to use this ?

First I ran the run of controller and closed it after building process.. Then I started CS:GO , Had a weapon in hand started abendigo and then this controller .. now What are the hotkeys ? When I press F9 a empty menu shows up

Java Error

I opened the run.bat and the following error appears on the console:

"Exception in thread" main "java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: no further information: localhost / 127.0.0.1: 58585"

I think it's some problem in my pc localhost or internet. I opened the port 58585 on my router but still get the error, maybe I'm failing at something.
You need to have open the cs go when execute the run.bat?
