Undefined is passed as instance name into kitchen

When user closes instance selector without any choise undefined is passed to kitchen.

Expected: kitchen shouldn't be called at all

Support multiple .kitchen.yml files

Look recursively in current workspace for .kitchen.yml and allow usual operations on top of those configurations.

Cannot kill current running kitchen process

If I run a kitchen command with the extension, but need to kill it, or worse when ssh is not connecting, the process cannot be aborted. If I try to run another kitchen command it asks if I want to abort the current process, but clicking yes does nothing. I have to close VS Code and reopen it to recover from this state.

Support policyfiles

When instance is using policyfile it would be nice to perform chef install *** first

Publish current step in vscode statusbar

Show which instance is currently creating/converging/verifying/destroying in vscode statusbar

Nothing happens when trying to run kitchen command

When I try to run any of the kitchen commands from VSCode, nothing actually executes. It switches the output window to the Test Kitchen dropdown option but nothing actually executes and there are no logs in the kitchen logs.

I'm on win 7 64-bit VS Code version 1.2.1

Error: Command kitchen.converge not found

I keep getting this error on mac 10.13.3.

It might be how I installed the plugin, I copied it to the extension folder.. ~/.vscode.

Do not prompt about instance name when there is just one instance

Support parallel create/converge/test

Use `--parallel`` flag

Listing of kitchen instances contains '-----> Using policyfile mode for chef-client'

When kitchen is using policyfile kitchen list --bare returns following output

instance1
instance2

do not interpret ``-----> Using policyfile mode for chef-client` as instance name

Show warning message when kitchen is not installed

Support kitchen login command

Open new terminal outside of vscode with login session.

Problems:

• RDP instead of SSH might be a problem
• there is no default SSH client on windows

Support vagrant box update

Make instance list refreshable

List is currently static and loaded only when extension is started.
