Dear Jiung,

I've been looking for something like this for quite a while, thanks so much for this.

Can I ask - how did you create these / where did the mapping info come from? I've looked at the picrust2 mapping/info files
and can't find this data there. I've tried copying it from the metacyc dropdown tree at https://metacyc.org/META/class-tree?object=Pathways but that hasn't worked either..

If one wanted to update / maintain this, how would they go about it? And who should be credited if its used?
