rpcaadmm's Issues

How to use matrix S to find anomalies?

Hello jeremy,
Thank you for providing the working code for finding rpca decomposition
Once we have got L, S from rpcaADMM, how do we find anomalies from the matrix S.
I am working on an anomaly(bot) detection problem on web data.

Thanks in advance for answering.

Print not working

Hiya, thanks for this code.
The print part of the code gives an error. I tried to fix it, but unfortunately since there isn't an example of how to run rpca_ADMM itself I can't tell whether the error I'm getting is because of the way I fixed print or the way I ran rpca_ADMM.

    print '\n%3s\t%10s\t%10s\t%10s\t%10s\t%10s' %('iter',
    ^
SyntaxError: Missing parentheses in call to 'print'. Did you mean print(...)?

I put the brackets in.

Then:

    D1, D2, D3 = rpcaADMM(B)

File "c:\users\44745\oldspyder\untitled2.py", line 114, in rpcaADMM
    print ('\n%3s\t%10s\t%10s\t%10s\t%10s\t%10s') %('iter',

TypeError: unsupported operand type(s) for %: 'NoneType' and 'tuple'

Then I commented out the print parts entirely and got:

TypeError: 'map' object is not subscriptable
