Missing error-checking for POST payload

Need to make sure the data passed as the payload is in fact a LUA table:

WebDispatcher: References to "class" could be removed

In WebDispatcher.lua there are a couple of references to "Class". This is because the code originated in birgersp/dcs-autogft. In the context it doesn't really make any sense to refer to the table as both a "Class" and a "WebDispatcher".
