How necessary is this on modern Unraid?

Hi there, probably a silly question, but I figured i'd ask before I start changing things that may have irreversible effects.
I ran the "check-config.sh" script, and everything under required (and all but 3 things under optional, barring ZFS) are marked as either enabled or enabled as module.
As this is the case, how necessary is it to go through the other steps and run those scripts? Am I good to just run the docker swarm init command and go on?

Lost my unraid system after running step!

Please help! How can I undo this? I lost my unraid server. I have access via ssh only.

I don't understand why doing all that stuff to use Docker swarm on unraid (and so I'm unable to found exact documentation).

I've executed Docker swarm init and all is working, overlay network, clustering between nas and raspberry, having global placement for portainer & traefik...

There are some things to know as unstable or unsaved when unraid is rebooted?
