Remove "link" to calendar events

Hi, love the concept of the Sheetsee Calendar, well done! I was wondering how I can remove the link for each event... really just want the events on the calendar without linking to a new page or opening a new window... thank you for your consideration!

Discussions with @alysonla made me realized that it doesn't make sense to call the tickets column tickets since it's really a url column. What do you think? Also are we using Contact anywhere?

Hi jlord, wondering if it's possible to modify the code so that events entered in a different column in the google sheet would appear in the calendar as an event with a different CSS class, for example, appearing as a different color?

Crossing the year line

This seems problematic when date.getMonth() + 1 becomes more than 11. https://github.com/jlord/sheetsee-calendar/blob/gh-pages/js/table.js#L92
Need to test it out and make sure it performs alright all year round.
