exe corruption

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Any executable that i've tried

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is for the new exe file to run. Instead all exe files are 
crashing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows XP SP3

Diassembling takes forever on every exe

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to scramble a simple mingw compiled hello world program
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected a scrambled exe, got Diassembling...| forever with 100% CPU, probably 
an endless-loop.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
windows7 x64

Please provide any additional information below.
Following code gives a 997Kb little program that fails to diassemble, it takes 
forever
int main()
{
  cout << "Hello World!" << endl;
  return 0;
}

Windows 8 inbuilt antimalware detects it

It is not able to encode exe files well. Windows 8 latest is able to detect any 
malware hiding inside.
