Sync can't be called from clone

Calling sync directly from clone fails because it tries to parse the command arguments.

Support removing

Supporting removing links, repositories, etc

Chdir context manager

To reduce code repetition and the likelihood of errors all directory changes should be done with a context manager that returns to the original working directory.

Detect dependencies before executing actions

When syncing ponto should detect if dependencies are installed before trying to run them. For example, if drive is not installed then we shouldn't try to fetch everything from Google Drive.

Add pyyaml to the dependencies

Path.home() AttributeError in Python3.4

In python3.4 ponto has the following error:

AttributeError: type object 'Path' has no attribute 'home'

To solve this, In every place where Path.home() is called it should be replaced with the HOME constant in ponto.paths

Reorganize commands

pontowould be easier to use and maintain if the commands where organized in an hierarchical fashion.

For example add-repo should become repo add
