Configurar .env

copia .env.template => .env dentro de este cambia la direccion IP por la tuya, de esta manera podra ejecutarse sin problemas en cualquier dispositivo el puerto claramente se deja igual, a menos que en Laravel te muestre otro con el php artisan serve
