Running summary.Rmd was not picking up source files with functions

When knitting summary.Rmd, the plot functions that are sourced were not being picked up.

Adding here::i_am("ARDM/applications/summary.Rmd") prior to sourcing the files seems to resolve it.

Propose to set scales to free for plot_dotplot in plots.R for the example

Propose adding a free scale to the facet for the dotplot to avoid plotting categories in each facet i.e. facet_wrap(~name, scales = "free")
