Website: Eyesights don't show properly on the website using Firefox

Eyesight display seems to not be working consistently in Firefox (Tested on Windows & Android) as sometimes the lines can be missing

Chrome seems to be more reliable

Quick Fix: Description says SmashStreamHelper instead of TournamentStreamHelper

DBFZ: Full assets need to be uncropped

In order for the DBFZ assets to work better with the new scaling logic, we need to replace the full pack with the OG resolution, full body renders

NOOB Question - Trying to upload the assets

I do apologize for me being a complete noob here, but I'm not sure how to add what I have. I was able to download and convert the assets (Character Cutouts and Logo) for both Dead or alive 5 and 6. I Just don't know how to submit it. Can I drop the PNG files here?

Website: `base_files` packs don't show the eyesight icon

The base_files packs on the website do not indicate when they have eyesight data, even when said data exists. (e.g. Street Fighter EX3) However the eyesight preview seems to be working.

We need to convert the Marvel VS Capcom Infinite assets to PNG at some point for standardization purposes

es_LA is not a correct locale

es_LA locale was ported from Nintendo's official website, but it turns out it is not a standard locale. We need to make a decision about what to do with it (Redirect for all Spanish-speaking American territories? Or should we just use something like es_US?)
