Log-Wrapper has incorrect %(pathname)s

As the name implies the log_wrapper function displays the pathname of the file it was written in, unlike the rest of the logs.

This is infuriating naturally, the solution probably revolves around setting up a Logger object on a per module basis but I'm just not getting it.

Requirements:

• Keep the from logging import log. I don't want it to be any more complex than that.
• Have the log wrapper display the proper formatter.
• Keep things saved in the logs/warnings.log
