Modifiable global keyboard shortcut
Users should be able to change the global keyboard shortcut in Preferences.
Randomized paragraphs
From a set of words, create a random length (100-150 words) paragraph containing random words from that set.
Don't repeat words
Avoid things like "lorem lorem".
Support images

Generate sentences within paragraph
Add more lorem ipsum variations
Clearly cat ipsum would be an essential addition.
Better yet, let users create their own. Perhaps holding down the alt key can present a hidden "Create..." option that opens a dialog that lets the user paste in a bunch of words, and AnyIpsum will take care of formatting and making sure words don't repeat.
It could also be a subsection in the Preferences dialog.
Add global keyboard shortcut
Add a (configurable?) global keyboard shortcut, e.g. Ctrl-Shift-A, to activate the menu bar icon.
Create something custom using the Carbon Hotkey API, or use a framework like MASShortcut.
