Make colors with Sketch

Swatches

This simple Sketch 3 plugin will generate a palette of color swatches for you. It doesn't do a whole lot, but it's handy for style guides, and it now works for Sketch version 3.2. This project was developed for the fantastic folks over at Pixel Union.

Just run the plugin, enter comma-separated hex values, hit "OK", and it'll generate a 130 x 130 pixel rectangle filled with that color, a name label for you to change, and both hexadecimal and RGB values along the bottom. Pretty simple.

Won't work

I have Sketch 3.8.3 and when after entering the Hex colors in the swatches, the folders appear but my artboard remains empty. I tried it a couple of times and even uninstalled, reinstalled and it just won't work.
I entered 5 swatches and the layer panel writes 5 colors but when clicking in the folder, it shows only 1 swatch not the 5 colors I entered and my artboard remains blank, empty.

For some reason Swatches doesn't generate actual swatches

In Sketch 3.2 plug-in does create a group with a name “Palette - (number) colors”, but fails to populate it with actual content.

Issue in Sketch 3.4.2

I'm having troubles getting this to work in Sketch 3.4.2, when I click OK, nothing gets generated.

Trouble installing (Sketch 3.4.2)

I think the README.md needs to be updated with installation instructions. There must be a new way of installing plugins with the most recent versions of Sketch as when I double-click on the Swatches.plugin file, Sketch opens, but nothing happens afterward… there is nothing in the plugins menu either. Anybody know why the plugin doesn’t work?

Not working with Sketch 40.2

I'm assuming development on this has stopped, but fingers crossed! =)
