Add Data Model explorer view

Provide an view that allows the user to explore the data model.
Allow user to start a new query from any class in the view.

Allow user to enter a url/name for a mine (in case its not in the registry)

Get branding from the registry

Right now, each mine is queried for its branding info. Instead we should just use the branding info returned by the registry.

Open some dialogs "upward"

Right now, when you mouse over a node, the dialog "grows" from the center of the node down and right. When fully open the top-left corner of the dialog is at the center of the node.

When nodes are near the bottom of the screen, the opened dialog extends off the bottom and so the user has to scroll.

Two ideas:

1. Dialogs near the bottom open "up" rather than down.
2. After opening down, automatically scroll the screen.

Refactor the damn thing

QB literally started out as a copy of one of Mike Bostock's d3 demos and grew incrementally.
It needs refactoring. Fortunately, it's still pretty small, so this isn't an emergency. Yet.
