Gutter Runners on Skaven team AG 3 instead of AG4

the agility value of the skaven gutter runners is incorrect, they should be ag4.

Long team names result in blank pages in PDF format

If a team name is too long, you get part of the team name on the first page followed by the rest of the page being blank, and then the next page has the rest of the team name and the team info.

[Enhancement] Limit numbers of player types on roster

Would it be possible to have the calculator enforce numbers of player types? e.g. Not allow (or maybe just highlight) the addition of a second Minotaur or fifth Chaos Warrior to a chaos team.

I realise that it's primary purpose may be to calculate TV for an existing team but I find it a useful way to play around with new team build options.

Apocathary not being counted in team value on pdf

As you can see from my tv1100 skaven team the apo is not being factored into the total team value on the pdf.

if i run the same team up minus the apo the team value is correct so this appears not to be being factored in.

pdf split over two pages

Sometimes the generated pdf is split over two pages in landscape, sometimes it comes out as 1 page in landscape. I have not yet been able to determine what causes it go generate in either way.

also note as per my other bug the pdf does not factor the cost of the apothercary into the team value (it does appear on the html version).
