Nuked commit history when deleting other working dir

Hi, I just nuked my original repo after deleting a working dir copy using rm -rf in git bash.

Please add a note to your home screen warning that the .git files are linked so be careful when deleting. Yes it is in the code but how often do we have time to read everything.

Documentation: should suggest running as administrator

On Windows 8 (and probably earlier versions of Windows) you only have the capacity to create symbolic links if you are running as an administrator, otherwise you will get an error "You do not have sufficient privilege to perform this operation"

Two parts:

1. The script should abort if it detects that it doesn't have rights to create hard links
2. The documentation should mention that running the msys2 shell as administrator will solve this problem (probably the admonition from (1) should too)
