Taxi times could be the next day

Sometimes the taxi is the next day in the morning.
In these cases, we should display the date as well as the time in the agenda.

For these cases, we would need the full date instead of just the time.

Make taxi times optional

Some candidates don't have taxis, so this should not be a mandatory field.
Moreover, when not provided, the line should not be present in the agenda.
