[TODO] Make a windows .bat file version

Make a windows version so you can run it on Windows and do the same without shell

adb unauthorized even after clicking on allow

adb thinks that connection is still unauthorized even after clicking on allow. Current workaround is to check "Always allow from this computer" (and revoke authorization later)
