Robust server.ts

The server.ts file is far from production ready. This may be fine for the blog, it would also be nice to provide a description of how to create a proper implementation.

It should allow configuration, be compatible with a load balancer and be ready to run containerized.

What prompt can we use to create such an implementation? Should we use an existing library?
