react-advanced-2020's Issues

npm install && npm start will not work

I cloned this git repository into a folder then ran npm install && npm start and got all kinds of errors and I am not sure why. Up until now in the react course everything was working just fine

useFetch

useEffect has missing dependency when implementing useFetch. The final solution uses useCallback which is not yet explained at this point in the video.

Would also be good to explain why console.log(products) results to multiple logs.
useFetch

9-custom-hooks: `url` usuage in `useEffect` and usage of `useCallback`

Just a point of clarification... In this part of the video: https://youtu.be/4UZrsTqkcW4?t=30845 it is stated that the fetch would re-execute anytime the url changed. However, the url that is passed into the useFetch hook is a plain javascript variable that was not setup by useState. I believe that the only way that useEffect would be able to detect a change to the url parameter is if the url parameter itself was setup using useState from the caller function.

Also in the video there is no mention of the useCallback hook, yet in 9-custom-hooks/final/2-useFetch.js it is used.
