Usage

$ mkdir myswiftapp
$ cd myswiftapp
$ echo 'print("Hello from Swift")' > hello.swift
$ git init
$ git commit -m "Initial commit"
$ heroku create
$ heroku buildpacks:set https://github.com/johnbeynon/heroku-buildpack-swift
$ git push heroku master
$ heroku run swift hello.swift
