Print time into operation instead of just current time

Come up with erasure sensitivity standard

Things in scope:

• Reference standards. What are common and stable EPROMs?
• Measurement units. Can I reasonably standardize against SI units? Or better to make relative?

Print minipro output on failure

Modes:
-Normal: print nothing
-"--verbose": print everything

Ideally normal would print output on failure. Currently it always goes to /dev/null

Characterize PE-140T vs ULTRACURE 2000

The U2000 erased the first EPROM so fast that I thought there was something wrong with the test setup. Suggest using either a very low sensitivity EPROM or attenuate it somehow

Need to 3D print an adapter

Characterize different PE-140T bulbs

EE2X series should have collected enough data by now to complete a reasonable baseline. But might need to slurp it off of the workstations

Characterize 27CXX series

Should at least include 27C64, 27C128, and 27C256 from a few different vendors

Characterize 27XX series

Specific parts TBD but should at least include 2764 from a few different vendors

Characterize sunlight erasure

A few people said they might be able to run this, but nobody has committed yet

Print pass number instead of just iteration number

Although I have a 3D printed adapter today might want to standardize height to something like used on the PE-140T

Also need to understand duty cycle a little better. Is average power output the same if you do longer vs shorter bursts? Can I hold down the switch or do I need to toggle it or fake toggling it?
