Clean up insertion chain parsing

Basically assumes that you have a 6 bit total IR size with ADI taking up the last 4 bits. The 6 bit total size should be easy to eliminate, but really we should add a CLI argument to accept a chain position

Note that current capture has some bad parsing until BYPASS is issued. We probably also should filter until that is executed

Decode FIFO traffic

The next thing I needed for my project was to understand what was going through the FIFOs. I believe they are related to bus read/writes. However, at this time it seems that I've dug a lot on this side of the problem and probably need to just try a new approach as there are more layers to JTAG than I was expecting...

Clean up print output

Output is quick and dirty, we can probably do better
