Improve cropping script

The University of Chicago Library creates high-resolution photographs and scans of rare materials from the university archives- some project examples include the Goodspeed Manuscript Collection and the Speculum Romanae Magnificentiae.

Master files for many of these projects (ewm, gms, speculum, etc.) exist in OwnCloud. They often contain color bars and rulers that are cropped out for display on the web.

This script crops color bars out of ewm master files for display on the web. Improve this script so that it is more robust and applicable to other projects.

• Download some sample ewm master files to your local machine for testing.
• Download docker and get the cropping script up and running.
• The included powershell script (crop.ps1) is untested. Get it to work on Windows like crop.sh works on Mac/unix.
• Right now the script is designed to crop an entire directory of images. Add a mode to crop a single image.
• Currently the script requires the user to type an RBG value to identify the color bar. Is it possible for the script to identify the color bar without the RGB value?
• The script uses a "pipeline" of image processing steps to identify color bars. Add a debug mode where the script draws rectangles, lines, and other shapes on a test image to help debug problems when automatically detecting color bars.
• On some projects, like speculum, master files include rulers. Extend the script so it can identify rulers.
