pypi release

The title says everything, but this should exist on pypi instead of requiring someone to install it from source.

Standardize Configuration

This repository does not follow the same standard configuration that the rest of my current work does. As such, I want to standardize the configuration to support that workflow. Basically, I want to take the work that I've done on cookiecutter-py and merge the directory structure and configuration options into here.

Configuration is too locked down

The current configuration doesn't really allow for extending this beyond it's original intention, which was a basic project manager. While the goal of this hasn't changed much, there should be the ability to extend this in certain ways that ultimately require an entire module to be repackaged. Instead of this, we can provide a better configuration file, with additional prompt configurations that allow people to utilize the configuration as the basis for the type of project/task that they want to generate.

Python 3 Support

The module was built for Python 2, but there should be support for Python 3 as well.

Documentation

There's no documentation for this outside of a few files here and there. This goes against everything I do, and as such it should be rectified. In conjunction with this, the documentation should be pushed to RTD so that there's no requirement for people to build the docs themselves.
