Volume import data not retained.

I wanted a way to backup my gmail account locally because I had far too many emails and when I found this package it was exactly what I was looking for. I imported roughly 50k emails and it took several days to complete. Once complete I used the docker compose down command and there were several errors mainly indicating an issue with Java and memory leaks.

Maybe I missed something in the instructions on how to keep data from disappearing upon stopping the docker container. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I've looked for logs but unfortunately those were only available upon startup after stopping the container.
