Incompatibility with current SDK

Etalumacontrol currently uses an old version of the LumaUSB SDK. Trying to load a current LumaUSB DLL fails with the following error:

   at System.Runtime.InteropServices.Marshal.GetDelegateForFunctionPointer(IntPtr ptr, Type t)

   at EtalumaStage.TrinamicComPort..ctor()
   at EtalumaStage.StageController..ctor()

The same error is present when trying to compile ReadISO, the example C# program distributed with the SDK, for an x64 host. Trying the import in a 32-bit Python interpreter gives the same error. I am not sure how to resolve this issue.
