Add package to conda-forge

This is a cool package I would like to use in my Python projects. It would be nice to have this package available on conda-forge. Here is the instruction to add a package to conda-forge. I can help in this regard if needed. Thanks.

Annotating code with auto-all slows down module import time

Thanks for creating this great package. It's helped up quite a bit as we no longer need to manually update our __all__ whenever we add a new method/class to a module.

Just one question: our import time has significantly increased after we annotated our code with start/end_all. Is that expected? and if so, is there a workaround?
