Unable to add new peerdata

Hello Jonny, i get the following error:
failed to add new peer data.

i tested all the inputs and all have a value so maybe you could help me out?
it has something to do with the new_peer() function.

New verson or Update

First I want to say that the PeerTracker is great and simple (I'm still trying to understand the code, I am new to programming).

Error setting up

Im trying to install it ,by following the instructions
i got to the /help.php page and it shows i haveMySQL
but when i click the setup MYSQL or optimize MYSQL bottons i get

d14:failure reason48:1698 - Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost'e

how do i fix that?

Incorrect IP if used in LAN

If the tracker is on the same IP / LAN as the seeder, then announce records the incorrect IP address.

I see here the internal IP of my router and no seeding can take place.
