realtime vignette review

Hi all - great to meet you last week.

I have been trying to work through the vignettes and have a couple issues:

1. In basic_usage.Rmd, I suspect this is missing some lines to plot the base grid ie realtime(w = 600, h = 500) %>% etc
2. The realtime() function appears to work but then the liveplot runServer("0.0.0.0", 9454, app, 250) doesn't stream, it keeps running without error.
   Do I need to configure anything beforehand?

To-fix list

• Websocket address is currently hardcoded as "ws://localhost:9454/".
• Streaming data is assumed to be a JSON file with a single variable named as 'x'.
• Fix scale
  Current progress: Jeff is working getting scale, scroll and dynamic parameters right.

  Current progress: Yan is working on Bitcoin, Kim is sourcing and filtering data.
