remove Log::Any::Adapter from Log/Any/Test.pm

Log/Any/Test.pm has a package and version declaration for Log::Any::Adapter, which could confuse CPAN toolchain such as PAUSE, Module::Metadata, cpanm and carton.

If you intend to maintain Log-Any-Adapter as a separate distribution, you should not include the Log::Any::Adapter package in another distribution of yours, and should not declate its $VERSION there.

You could use the package # hide from PAUSE\n Log::Any::Adapter hack to make it not index by PAUSE nor picked up by Module::Metadata either.
