Features

As of right now, these features are under development, but the finished product will include all of them and more.

• Event Posting: Users can post details about upcoming events, including date, time, and location.
• Event Browsing: Browse through a list of events posted by other students.
• Interactive Chat: Engage with other students through the chat feature to discuss events.
• User Accounts: Create and manage personal accounts to post and interact with events.

Getting Started

Prerequisites

• Node.js

Installation

1. Clone the repository

   git clone https://github.com/nverkhachoyan/csunevents.git

2. Navigate to the project directory

    cd csunevents

3. Install dependencies

   npm install

4. Run the application

    npx expo start --tunnel

Expo will provide you with a QR code in your terminal, which you can scan to run the app on your phone directly.

Bugs

There are no known bugs at this moment, but the app has only been tested on iOS devices. If you encounter any issues on an Android device, please let us know.
