fix padding issue on launch on windows
padding incorectly calculated when launched
look for an even handler for screen re-sizing and recalculating the padding everytime screen gets resized
improve functions in tools.py
They currently take hardcoded amount or columns, where as it should be:
LENGTH_OF_FILE_IN_PIXELS / TILE_SIZE = COLUMNS
vsync?
enable vsync, my windows machine has 1000fps+ and it appears to be causing some issues

fix typos and pimp up readme
max xpos to low
xpos in packet is one byte * 5 = 1275 which is not enough
should increase packet size and remove the constant in this equation for potentially better precision regarding transforming position
fpsdisplay label
change current label to builtin fpsdisplay label
maybe optional debug labels
