Publish to pypi

Without being able to pip install this easily, it's not very useful to anyone.

Sure, someone can always install it directly from the github url or a local clone, but that's annoying to do.

Create networked Events

A class to handle firing events that are received by a registered handler on another machine would be incredibly useful.

This will likely need to be broken down into multiple pieces to work on. There needs to either be a central server to route the events to the handlers or some kind of common configuration so the firing instances can connect to all the handlers and deliver the messages in a more peer too peer style.

A central server is likely easier to implement and easier to set up (only need a single url/ip in a config somewhere), built potentially harder to scale.

Add utilities for repeating events on an interval

Sometimes the event we want to trigger is based on time. Currently you could create your own loop that fires a custom event every few seconds, but this seems like a common enough use case to provide a default implementation for.

Setup CI/CD

The local scripts are nice, but they still need to be run manually.

Add code coverage.

The tests don't generate code coverage yet.

Create async events

An asyncio compatibly version of the Event class would be nice. Especially for event handlers that do more complex tasks that involve network requests.

Set up badges

All the cool projects have them.

Set up `tox` tests

pyproject.toml says project should work with python 3.6.2 or greater. All dev was done with 3.9 so it'd be nice to ensure that the range of python versions this project claims to support are actually supported.
