Potential delay load the loader

Only show the loader after a second give it a more smooth feeling.
Not sure if it is worth implementing in this demo

Add a slow loading page

If we add a slow loading page then we can see the loading states job a bit better.
Also if we change the loading icon to a progress bar with its width based on the progression percentage. Then we can really visualize that something is going on.

I think we can create this slow loading page to just depend on a few sleeps for 1, 2 and 3 seconds. So we can see the loader progressing.
