Create graph schema config file

Right now, the color scheme for each node type is hard coded inside d3Graph.js, we should introduce a graph schema file with the following attributes (for now):

1. Node types
2. Color scheme for each node
3. Inverted? True/False
4. Allow Dups? True/False

Improve the example graph and the demo page

• Instead of NetworkList, we should have a 2-options page "Editor", "Create New" or
  -- Multiple choices of graphs?
• Improve style of the demo page
• Add a more illustrative graph.

Define json schema for graphs

Which should be used to do:

• Import
• Print to dom
• Export

Better Documentation

Need better documentation with code snippets and API docs.

Make sure that editor should actually work

• Properly should mutations after editing the node
• New graph should allow to edit.
