Planes jump back and forth

Currently, there is no smart combination of plane data. This results in planes teleporting back and forth as old data is mixed with new.

In light of this, I propose the following system:

When a frame is ingested, it should be compared to the latest frame from that source (stored as $source_$antenna_latest) in redis. (if that doesn't exist, it is compared against nothing).

The differences between the latest and the currently ingested frame are to be stored as $source_$antenna_delta_$time.

During the aggregation, instead of using the frames captured by ingress, the deltas should be referenced.

Each aspect should be stored as a set {ValueName, Value, LastUpdated} on a per-plane basis, referenced against a working current frame stored as current_frame in redis. More design work necessary.
