To use Numba: conda activate py36_torch

To test kernel performance: sudo env PATH="$PATH" nvprof -s ./timing.py

To test CPU <-> GPU correctness: ./test.py

Good debugging commands (PDB):

    pos, goals, field = gpuenv.state.copy_gpu_data()
