App doesn't run if MySQL not installed and added to the PATH

if mysql.exe is not installed and the bin and lib folder are not added to the PATH, the path will not work properly

Invalid Data

When starting the engine without refreshing the database, the engine will automatically load the database that was saved in the dump during the lattest refresh. But some how, the data from that dump are not valid: the engine only throw warning while computing, even though the dump database should be the as valid as a fresh database

Computing speed & RAM usage

For now, python list and dict and exclusively used to store data from the database. This leads to long computing time and high RAM usage. This can be optimized by using data types from panda & numpy for storing the data and do computation.
