400 Bad Request The server cannot or will not process the request due to an apparent client error (e.g., malformed request syntax, size too large, invalid request message framing, or deceptive request routing).[33] 401 Unauthorized (RFC 7235) Similar to 403 Forbidden, but specifically for use when authentication is required and has failed or has not yet been provided.
