Custom RestAction for MessageReceiver#send

Create a custom RestAction class (ex. "SendMessageRestAction" or "SendMessageAction") to send messages. Would be returned in MessageReceiver#send and Message#reply and would allow to edit the Message sent. Usefull to allow sending text and attaching files at the same time.

Message reply

Add a Message#reply method to reply to already existing messages

Possibility to upload Files in User#sendMessage or Chat#sendMessage

Possible way to upload Files in User#sendMessage and/or Chat#sendMessage
Maybe a new Method Name for easier Navigation (#uploadFile / #sendFile)

Chat Interface Integration

The Chat Interface is empty at this point and still needs to be integrated in the User and the Message Interface

Receiving updates

Possible way to receive updates sent by the telegram api and process them in a kind of EventListener
