Does not work with node.js using alpine 3.10
Looks likes the latest alpine versions of Node.js on Docker are going to use alpine 3.10. This upgrade causes this script to not work correctly, throwing:
timeout: unrecognized option: t
BusyBox v1.30.1 (2019-06-12 17:51:55 UTC) multi-call binary.
Usage: timeout [-s SIG] SECS PROG ARGS
Runs PROG. Sends SIG to it if it is not gone in SECS seconds.
Default SIG: TERM.
wait-for-it: timeout occurred after waiting 30 seconds for postgres:5432
Probably related to vishnubob/wait-for-it#5
