Troubles you Face (not by using this 😛)

When you write any formal message or email which has the same content but you have to change client name, salutation, references (for a particular receiver). In a closer approach suppose you have typed an email of 60 lines and your client name is somewhere at line 32. You would first search from the beginning and edit or make a note for every client. And if you have to change 10 different words in 300 lines!! It turns out to be a time elapser.

How can this be solved?

This platform gives you a ease to declare or note as variable text when you start typing the text! All these type of text fields which you want to edit for future use will be returned to editor’s dashboard and save them!

Now no need to search for stuffs, they’ll be waiting for you in the dashboard itself! 😄

• How can TextBox replace CTRL + F thing?
  • CTRL + F helps only when you remember or find the text you want to change.
  • CTRL + F function can be used once at a time where as TextBox can help with as many texts you select with just one Click or Tap.
  • TextBox also comes with multi-tab feature which make more user friendly.

MOCKUP

If you write a formal/informal message or mail to a client and you want to change the client name always for different clients. So instead of selecting the text area and typing always. Simply the dashboard (as seen in the mock-up) will help out . When you change the name as 'dexter' over there it'll update the 'client name' (which I've highlighted with red color). You may wonder why do we need this dashboard and website itself for just changing the client name. Just imagine in case of 100 lines text and you've to change 30 different words which may include name, address, special greetings, and all common fields. One will take help of assistants!

Linting option for contributing

Look at working on linting for setting up our files that they will all look the same and we're all working off the same look and feel when developing. I am not entirely wure how this would work but from what I see we have a html, css and javascript file. So shouldn't be to much of an issue to setup linting. We could then also add this to the documentation and the setup of the linting.

There is a mistake in the description of the project:

Makes it gender neutral and also grammatically more correct in English.

Multi-tab text editing feature needs to be added

if we write ::name twice in paragraph, it will treat it as two seperate varibales but it should be treated as only one label

Space used for navigation bar should be reduced

The navbar is usually taking more screen width especially in desktop view needs to be reduced.
which can help in having more space for the core stuff (textbox).

Add templates for pull requests

Like there is a checklist on freeCodeCamp when creating a pull request. Could be an interesting to try add this to our project to learn how to do it. If you want you can assign this to me @JoshuaPoddoku
