Resumations don't start subbases below highest saved base
When a larger subbase is completed and a lower incomplete while the script is unexpectedly stopped, the script fails to recognize the smaller subfiles as incomplete.
Eg. subbase 13 is complete, but subbases 2, 3, 5, 7, and 11 are not completed. The script won't detect that and will start computing bases 17 and up.
