html5 drag and mouse wheel

Hello, the problem that many of us are looking for is that with the native html5 drag it does not have a direct connection with the mouse wheel, I wanted to know if a simple dragdrog can be done with HTML5 and at the same time that element execute it with your function, it will allow dragging it with the scroll?

your java script is work great! it is the only one frame work i found that can have a good support on mobile and desktop, and can be scroll able.
but i need more document to use it. the source is hard to read, i think we should make it reformat with a better code style.
