Replace useless ETA

Description
The ETA is really terrible, and bounces all over the place. A more useful measure would be number of blocks/second read over the last 10 seconds.
Tasks/General Thoughts
- Remove existing eta implementation
- Implement rolling average of blocks/sec
- Implement for both single and multithreaded
Improve Error Handling
Issue or Bug
Description
The application should gracefully handle errors, recovering or displaying them to the user for action where appropriate. Right now we throw a hard panic every time and just use human_panic to make it pretty.
Tasks/General Thoughts
- Flesh out error.rs
- Remove use of unwraps
- Add lints to deny unwrap in future
